Pinot Noir
- DescriptionThis vintage is the result of a selection of low-yield Pinot Noir, aged for 10 months in oak barrels, thus revealing all the depth and delicacy of this grape variety.

- DescriptionCompleter, an authentic Grisons grape variety, is a wine made from one of the world's most interesting white grape varieties. Very low-yielding, very acidic, and late-ripening, this difficult-to-tame grape, combined with the Bougy-Villars climate, offers us very round, acidic wines with incredible aging potential.
Les Crosettes
- DescriptionThis Féchy Grand Cru is a single-vineyard selection from the classified terroir "Les Crosettes". Grown in a compact, silty, limestone soil rich in pebbles and water, this terroir produces a great Chasselas for fine dining and aging.
BlanchardOur vineyards
We cultivate 14 hectares of vines with respect for tradition and nature. Part of the vineyard is worked entirely by hand because the slope makes mechanization impossible. Pruning, leaf work, and harvesting are all done by hand for most of our plots to guarantee quality.

A cousin of a natural mutation of Gamay, Plan Robert (or Plant Robez, Plant Robaz) boasts a very dark color and intensely spicy notes. This rustic grape variety distinguishes itself from Gamay through its subtle structure and rich historical heritage.
